Psychologists and Counsellors
Individual Counselling
Counsellors consulting at Mind Body Heart Psychology hold Master of Counselling degrees from Australian universities and are registered with ACA/PACFA. They support individuals with empathy and creativity, helping you navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life’s many transitions. A range of therapies is available, including art therapy, person-centred therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Psychology Assessment
Psychology assessment provides comprehensive evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. Conducted by qualified clinical psychologists and psychologists, assessments help diagnose learning difficulties, ADHD, autism, and other psychological conditions. Using evidence-based tools and a person-centred approach, we offer clear insights and tailored recommendations to support personal, academic, and professional growth.
Psychologist Therapy
Psychologists help individuals facing emotional, mental health, and life challenges. The clinical psychologists and psychologists practising at our rooms offer evidence-based therapy tailored to your needs, helping with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorder, OCD and many other issues. They work collaboratively to empower you with strategies for lasting change and well-being.
Child Therapy
For children under 13, play-based therapy is often more appropriate than talk therapy. Child psychologists may use activities such as drawing, games, imaginative plays with figurine, role play and story making. Children process emotions and learn interpersonal skills through playful co-creation with therapists. Practitioners at our rooms help children and families create a nurturing environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.
Couple Counselling
Couple therapy provides a supportive space to navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you're facing recurring conflicts, struggling with trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, couple therapy can help you and your partner understand each other’s needs, attachment styles, triggers and mindsets In addition to couple relationship counselling, Couple counselling services also include pre-marital counselling and divorce counselling.
Sex Therapy
Talking about sex can sometimes feel difficult, awkward, or even embarrassing. Sex therapist creates a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can explore your concerns openly. Sex therapy is a specialised form of counselling designed to help individuals and couples enhance pleasure, reduce pain, and address challenges related to sexual well-being. It also helps with processing sexual trauma, understanding the impact of age on sexual health, and addressing concerns related to intimacy, identity, and relationships.
