Lily has extensive experience working as a psychologist with young children, adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, ASD, and other conditions. She engages with diverse client groups and learns from a variety of clinical supervisors. In addition to individual therapy, Lily collaborates with parents to better understand and support children's development, providing guidance and interventions tailored to each family's unique circumstances.
Before pursuing her career in psychology, Lily worked as a kindergarten teacher and as a partner to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) program. In these roles, she provided invaluable support to children and families with diverse needs and challenges, further strengthening her commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she serves.
Lily is devoted to working collaboratively with her clients to identify the most suitable therapeutic approaches based on their unique needs. She draws from a range of evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, to tailor individualized treatment plans. Her goal is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, foster resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
