Individual Therapy

Our psychologists and counsellor aim to help clients achieve long-lasting changes in cognitive patterns, relational habits and nervous systems. While all of us practice Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), we are informed by multiple therapy modalities and each of us has extensive training and experience in one or two particular modalities in addition to CBT.

  • Anxiety can manifest in the forms of uncontrollable worries, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviour, panic attacks and psychosomatic symptoms.

  • Depressive mood can feel like emptiness, numbness, irritability, low motivation, chronic sense of feeling sad and sleep disturbance

  • All our therapists are trauma-informed. We understand there is single incident trauma and complex trauma.

  • Life transition, adjusting to a new country, divorce and death of a loved ones are all examples of adjustment process that therapists can help you with.

  • Many psychological symptoms are related to interpersonal events and difficulties in close relationships.

  • We believe that it is important to understand a person as opposed to a label and we respect neurodiversity.
